1. What is your age?

2. Have you noticed disproportionate fat accumulation in your lower body (hips, thighs, buttocks, and/or legs) compared to your upper body?

3. Is the fat distribution symmetrical (the same on both sides of your body)?

4. Do you experience pain or tenderness in the affected areas (legs, hips, buttocks) when touched or pressed?

5. Do you bruise easily in these areas, even with minor bumps or pressure?

6. Do your feet remain relatively unaffected (normal size) even when your legs appear swollen or enlarged?

7. Have you noticed that swelling in your legs worsens with standing or sitting for prolonged periods and improves overnight or with elevation?

8. When a swollen area is pressed, does it leave a lasting dent (pitting)?

9. Do you have a family history of similar fat distribution or symptoms?

10. Do you have disproportionate fat accumulation in your upper arms?

11. Do your upper arms feel painful, tender, or bruise easily?
